Nicola
Nicola has been a valued member of the Regal Kitchens team since 2009, bringing a deep-rooted passion for client service honed during her years managing a customer service department for a nationwide kitchen company. After completing her degree, she transitioned to Regal, where her talent for organisation and dedication to client satisfaction became essential assets. Nicola coordinates appointments and schedules studio sessions, ensuring designers have the time and resources to understand each client's vision thoroughly. Serving as the main point of contact until designs are finalised and passed to the installations team, Nicola embodies the motto "Client is King," consistently prioritising client needs to enhance their experience. Her commitment to service excellence has made her indispensable in delivering the personalised, seamless experience Regal Kitchens is known for.
Emma
Emma, our Business Development Manager, has been an integral member of the Regal Kitchens team since 2011. She leads all marketing initiatives and cultivates strategic partnerships with architects and property developers. As the in-house appliance specialist, Emma also conducts cooking demonstrations in clients' homes, showcasing product capabilities and enhancing the customer experience. Additionally, she manages client and supplier accounts, ensuring seamless and productive collaborations throughout the business.
Phil
Phil has been an essential part of the Regal Kitchens team since its inception, playing a key role in the company’s growth and success over the years. As our Installations Manager, Phil brings a wealth of hands-on experience and in-depth industry knowledge, having previously worked as a skilled fitter before transitioning into his current leadership role. His background in installation gives him a unique perspective on the intricacies of each project, enabling him to effectively oversee the entire installation process. Phil is responsible for coordinating with fitters, managing schedules, and ensuring that each kitchen is installed to the highest standards by carrying out our own Post-Installation inspection. His commitment to quality and his proactive approach to problem-solving help ensure a seamless installation experience for every customer, making him an invaluable asset to Regal Kitchens.
Stacey
Stacey has been an Interior Designer at Regal Kitchens since 2019, bringing a diverse skill set that enhances every project. With a diploma in Art and Design, a diploma in 3D Design, and a BA (Hons) in Interior Design, she skillfully merges creativity with technical expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces. Additionally, her Level 4 ILM qualification in Business and Management Leadership equips her with valuable leadership skills. Stacey is passionate about transforming clients’ visions into reality, ensuring each kitchen reflects their unique style while optimising space and efficiency.
Janice
Janice, our Customer Services Manager, has been a vital part of the Regal Kitchens team since 2014 and brings 25 years of experience in the kitchen industry. She is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication, providing weekly phone updates, and addressing any questions that arise during the installation process. Janice also coordinates closely with the Installation Manager and fitters to oversee the successful progress of each customer's project.
Ollie
Ollie, our Warehouse Manager and Delivery Driver, has been a valued member of the Regal Kitchens team since 2021. He plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of each customer’s order prior to the start of an installation. In addition to managing deliveries, Ollie provides support to customers with post-warranty needs, assisting with issues such as appliance repairs and other service requests. His dedication to customer service and operational efficiency helps maintain Regal Kitchens’ high standards of quality and reliability.

Lin has been a dedicated member of the Regal Kitchens team since 2009, bringing over a decade of experience and commitment to the company. She oversees the operations of our primary showroom every Sunday, where she ensures a welcoming and well-organised environment for prospective customers. Lin’s knowledge of kitchen design and products allows her to provide guidance and personalised recommendations to visitors, helping them make informed decisions.
